The Gig

Our Customer Champion will be responsible for ensuring the swift and safe delivery of our awesome massage chairs to our amazing customers.

A Day in the Life

  • Managing workload on our CRM (no|crm)
  • Obtaining quotes from our Logistics Partners via their online portal
  • Obtaining quotes from our Delivery Partners via email
  • Sending confirmation emails to partners and customers
  • Tracking consignments via an online portal
  • Ordering stock via an online portal
  • Managing orders in Shopify to ensure customer data is accurate and current
  • Performing ad hoc tasks that pop up to assist our team at HeadQuarters

Must Haves

  • Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills
  • 1.5-3 years experience working in a customer service environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A quiet and comfortable workspace

Nice to have

  • Experience using Shopify or any other e-commerce platform.
  • Experience with SMS software
