About the Role:

Due to continued growth our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager responsible for creating partnerships with clients to create meaningful brand experiences.

Duties:
  • Develop annual marketing strategies for a portfolio of key clients in response to their business objectives
  • Confidently manage and implement the strategy, working alongside our talented team to deliver on time and on budget
  • Proactively critique the strategy and identify opportunities to ensure we deliver ROI for the client
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
  • Establish trust and client rapport effectively and efficiently
  • Be forthcoming with new ideas and recommendations for improvements to the agency and our processes

Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven Agency Account Management experience, (essential)
  • Experienced working in a creative environment, familiar with agency processes and the effective management of workflow
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to direct and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Experience in delivering profitability against set goals
  • Highly developed communication skills and the ability to drive a project forward
  • Excellent rapport build, strong negotiation skills, with strong financial acumen
  • Solid understanding of all marketing principles and diverse digital channel knowledge 
  • Strong team player with ability to connect with a range of peers
  • A relevant qualification (preferred)
