located on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney.
Salary $57,000
Are you an Experienced, Passionate Cook who is willing and able to:
- help develop food product & service.
- work as part of a small dedicated team
- produce quality meals for A la carte dining and functions
work 5 shifts (weekends included)
work Morning/evening shifts required - no splits
provide own transport
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef to implement new innovative menus
- food preparation and monitor kitchen hand and apprentice
- Control costs, control wastage, manage stock control
- Set, implement and review food service standards and OHS duties
