Based in Dandenong South, this company provides packaging solutions to a range of industries throughout Australia. Due to increased workload, they are seeking an enthusiastic General Hand to assist their team.

About the role

The successful candidate will initially join the team as an on-hired employee on day shift with hours from 6:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, 38 hours per week plus overtime when required. They will commence as a temporary employee; however, the right person will be considered for an ongoing role.

Please note, the successful candidate will be required to complete a medical check before commencing.

Duties

• Use of hand and power tools
• Load/unload timber
• Assemble timber pallets/crates

Skills and experience

• Great attitude and reliable
• Experience using hand/power tools
• Manufacturing experience ideally with timber
• Comfortable with manual labour and heavy lifting
