The Firm
Our client is an established legal firm based in Wallsend, with a busy conveyancing practice. Comprised of several major areas of law, the firm has a collaborative and non-hierarchical culture, where support staff are respected, consulted, and valued.

The Role
The responsibilities of this role can be adjusted to reflect the experience and ambition of the right candidate. It will involve working alongside a Licenced Conveyancer and team of Property Solicitors, on a range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Be supported and mentored – you will have support and guidance from a team of Solicitors and a Licenced Conveyancer
Be trusted with responsibility – you will have the opportunity to manage a file from instructions through to settlement (as appropriate to your experience level)
Work flexibly – this role is full time, however part time and flexible options will be considered.

About you
We are looking for candidates with the following:
  • Experience working in a conveyancing role
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft suite
