An amazing opportunity to bring your organisation skills to a local leading legal firm. Based in Newcastle this small yet growing team has an excellent reputation and first class ethics. This role is key to the success of the business as you will be the key person making the 'wheels turn' in the right direction.


We are seeking a proactive administration expert, an organizer of documents and people. Someone that loves taking process and tasks and making life easier for the two managers. We want a driver who allows the team to get more productive. Someone with a proven ability to ensure executive and personal matters are managed effectively.


You will be supporting two of the management team with Executive and Personal matters:
  • Provide quality administrative support to the two owners of the practice.
  • Effective management of the two executives diaries and schedules.
  • Amending legal documents
  • Process and Procedure leader in terms of client facing documentation
  • Be creative to make life more efficient for your colleagues



The person we are seeking is:
  • Highly professional
  • Highly personable
  • Customer focused mindset and your main customers are the two owners
  • Must have advanced skills and experience working within the MS Office Suite
  • Must be a self starter - must have initiative
  • Legal background would be great but is not essential
This is a small legal firm so you need to be flexible to ensure the owners and team have there day to day needs met. We want a do what it takes mentality and a personality of get it right first time.


Flexibility is available for the right individual with the team open to this role being filled on a FT or PT capacity.
