We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our award winning team at Tyrepower Gladesville!

Qualifications & experience

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Plan and direct the day-to-day operation and management of a retail tyre store and mechanical workshop;
  • Lead the Team and site activity to achieve sales and profit targets;
  • Provide technical supervision;
  • Manage sales and service teams to effectively meet customer requirements, ensuring the highest level of customer service is consistently maintained;
  • Work in accordance with company guidelines and values in dealings with customers, staff and suppliers.
  • Manage the interaction with retail customers to ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and increase profitability.
  • Control and monitor operational expenses, including personnel costs, and manage the store's performance against financial targets and budgets.
  • Monitor and control inventory, complete regular stock takes and address variances on a timely basis.
  • Manage employee performance and motivate the team to work harmoniously and cohesively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
