A position has become available for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our incredible marketing team. 

This exciting role is ideal for an experienced, highly-motivated candidate, who will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our acquisition and retention strategies to increase revenue and conversions. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, implement and manage the digital marketing strategy across multiple channels
  • Plan, design and execute omni-channel campaigns and promotions to help drive high quality traffic to site
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle, including email, SMS and Push campaigns in line with the broader marketing strategy
  • Manage segmentation and data insights, identifying areas of opportunity that can be turned into actionable campaigns, including A/B Testing
  • Responsible for affiliate marketing and managing the loyalty program
  • Work alongside our Paid Performance Specialist to manage acquisition, retention and growth strategies
  • Work with Marketing, eCommerce and Product teams to drive relevant cross-channel digital strategies
  • Have a deep understanding of customer behaviour and use these to find opportunities for increased revenue in line with our growth strategies
  • Campaign performance testing, reporting and analysis on a regular basis, including actionable insights
  • Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends in one-to-one customer communication 
  • Work across global markets such AU, US and NZ

This role will be a senior team member of the marketing team and will work closely with external stakeholders, marketing, design, production and the eCommerce team, so you will need to be proactive and a strong communicator that finds collaborating with others second nature. 

We are looking for someone who is results-focused, happy to test to get the very best results, and has a logical and analytical approach. You will look for ways to continue to improve across all touch points and provide analysis and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis. 

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a similar Digital Marketing role
  • Experience with developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent experience in digital channels such as email, SMS, paid, and affiliates
  • A Digital Marketing professional who loves data and has a solid understanding of commercial drivers
  • Proven analytics and segmentation experience to drive growth, revenue and optimisation 
  • Experiencing planning and managing customer journeys and flows and a deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies 
  • Experience with managing budgets and reporting to executive teams
  • Strong people management skills
  • Demonstrated experience with AB and multivariate testing
  • Highly motivated self starter attitude
