Aviation Logistics Coordinator
Work Location: Perth
Roster: Monday to Friday
Key accountabilities will include:
- Perform continual analysis of current flight schedule performance (noting recent historical trends) and conduct real-time re-forecasting to make necessary recommendations for adjustments in flight schedules as well as ad hoc charters and coordinate with People Logistics Scheduler to achieve service level goals / business objectives for a multi-site operation
- Coordinate relevant aviation small/special charter quotes
- Actioning charter/schedule requests/updates with aviation contractors as required
- Flight & Accommodation database processing - flight schedule, ad hoc charters, seat holds, spreadsheet updates etc.
- Bus logistics coordination - source, quotes, schedules and communication
- Australian & International aviation audit request logistics coordination, maintaining a record keeping accurate database
- Monitor/Scheduling of Company`s contracted Aviation audit requirements, maintaining a record keeping accurate database
- Aviation invoicing review assistance
- Clear and accurate communication with all relevant stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate all logistic requirements for VIP visits and share with other internal stakeholders as required
Qualifications and skills required:
- Functional/Technical Skills: must possess strong quantitative, analytical, and technical aptitude skills
- Excellent attention to detail and timelines
- Ability to work in a team-orientated, fast paced environment managing multiple priorities
- Customer service- must demonstrate competency in dealing with all levels of employees/management and building strong relationships with teams
- Aviation/Flight & Accommodation experience
- Ability to perform forecasting with multiple systems and analyze the results
- Aviation Industry experience in auditing/scheduling
- Good working knowledge of Excel and other Windows based programs (Word, PowerPoint, etc.), and have the ability to organize/analyze data in a structured manner
