The Role:

We are now currently seeking applications for an experienced Mobilisation Administratorto start immediately for a 3 week project on-site Roy Hill.
Your duties include, but are not limited to;

  • Site mobilisations and demobilisation as per clients requirements
  • Arranging inductions and medicals
  • Organising flights and accommodation
  • Maintain company registers and spread sheets
  • General administration duties

To be considered applicants must be meet the following criteria:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ERMS Experience (Roy Hill preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Intermediate MYOB skills
  • Previous experience with Mobilisations
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and D&A
