JOB DESCRIPTION
Programmed Skilled Workforce Orange are seeking a Team Leader to work for one of our clients within the Roads and Construction Industry in the Orange area.
Key Accountabilities
- Work under minimal supervision and provide guidance and direction to team members
- Ability to deal with routine problems
- Actively participate in team meetings
- Apply interpersonal skills to resolve conflict between team members
- Ensure that environmental risk assessment and control processes are applied at the worksite
- Understand quality requirements of the task being performed
Essential Qualifications
- White Card
- Current Drivers licence
- Security and criminal records check
- Knowledge and experience in the Roads and Constructions industry
