About the role:

In this position you will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from beginning to the completion. The successful candidate will work with clients to ensure deliverables and will be backed by our highly experienced and knowledgeable Management team.

To be successful in this role you must have experience with the following:

  • Previous experience in the project management of earthworks and civil construction projects is essential;
  • Experience in project management of HDPE pipeline, mining infrastructure and structural and civil concrete projects is highly desired;
  • Overall project planning, organisation and administration - including staff coordination, internal and external resources such as subcontractors and materials;
  • Implementation and leadership of Safety, Quality and Environmental standards;
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Manage financial performance and budgeting;
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met;
  • Experience across tender processes, procurement procedures and logistics;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear documentation and reports;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and MS Project;
  • Experience in Primavera P6 is desired.

Desirable Qualifications / Background:

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Project Manager as detailed above
  • Diploma of Project Management, desired but not essential
  • Current and valid Driver’s Licence and Blue/White Construction Card
  • Willing to travel to work on remote sites (where required)
