JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a well presented and high energy chef. Offering a competitive salary for morning and day shifts. Weekend work is required. Will need to have minimum commercial cookery cert 3 . Previous skills include budgeting, menu planning, menu design, stock takes, dealing with suppliers and pricing, develop relationships with the customers and team, seasonal products knowledge, monitoring costs and profits, monitoring back of house staff and cleaning levels of the kitchen and understand food trends. Premises are well established, busy and fun environment. A great team needing a great chef.
