Our client is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support all aspects of the documentation and communication management activities, as well as provide project management and contract support for the project within the branch.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Ensure all documentation and information provided to the team is securely stored, tracked, and responded to by relevant teams
• Coordinate complex review and approval processes for program related documentation
• Develop and maintain workflows in the Document management System
• Assist with preparation of complex correspondence, reports, briefing notes, submissions, and other correspondence
• Undertake administrative tasks required to support the control and distribution of Program documents and information
• Provide administrative and/or project support to various team within the Project
• Utilise, retrieve, and update procedures, databases, or information systems to ensure effective and efficient service delivery through relevant, accurate and accessible information.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Proven document and records management experience
• Understanding of the key components of the project management lifecycle and a detailed knowledge of the documentation requirements of each stage
• Ability to effectively build relationships and convey information to a range of internal and external stakeholders using well-developed communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a changing environment and the mindset to seek improved ways of working that deliver better outcomes
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
• Outstanding attention to detail

This role is an initial 6 month assignment to start ASAP in Brisbane CBD, Monday – Friday.
