The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience.
Overview
The Product Delivery Processing team is responsible for the market readiness, enablement and deployment of the Mastercard Products We are subject matter experts involved in market readiness assessments of new Products, Pre-Sales support, Project Management of complex customer-facing projects, new product implementations and Product training (technical and implementation) for our Customers. We manage and organize customer training sessions, participate in customer workshops, institute best practices in customer onboarding, facilitate new models for delivery and work with the different markets across Asia Pacific to develop effective processing product propositions in lieu of customer demands.
Role
In this role you will:
Assists the team in supporting projects, market readiness assessments, enhancing training materials based on new product propositions and customer feedback.
Assists the team in supporting existing, new and upcoming processing projects, with the aim of gaining subject matter expertise on any one or two products in the processing landscape
Support complex implementation projects in the processing product landscape along with the team across AP
Support the extraction and preparation of the monthly team dashboards
Assist in tracking, monitoring, documenting projects and perform follow-ups with external and internal stakeholders
Assist in the upkeep of Delivery documentation in Confluence
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
Students pursuing a Masters/bachelor’s degree in your final year or graduated in the past year
Strong technical, system and operations knowledge within financial services
Project management, problem solving and planning skills with a demonstrated record of successfully managing multiple projects
Ability to identify issues and proactively resolve issues through escalation to appropriate partners
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical and business information in an easy to understand manner
Able to effectively deliver messages both verbally and in writing
Experience of worked in operations, technology roles in financial institutions is an added advantage.
