    About the Role

    Through a high level of creativity and organisational skills, plan and execute annual franchise event calendar to assist Franchise Team to secure suitable franchisees for the Roll’d brand. Working closely and reporting directly to the National Franchise Manager to make this happen, you will be in alignment to the overall company strategy.

    Lead internal and external teams to achieve the execution of the strategy.

    Job Description

    Title: Franchise Event Coordinator 

    Reports to: National Franchise Manager

    Status:  Full Time

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of all the functions within scope of role.
    • Plan and execute annual franchise event calendar following franchise lead gen strategy.
    • Able to execute both live and online events.
    • Responsible for managing event budgets in line with all guidelines provided. Discuss requirements and budgets and suggest appropriate packages.
    • Provide quotes for a range of services including human resource, catering, equipment hire and venues.
    • Coordinating external service providers to ensure the smooth running of events.
    • Coordinating internal team to ensure smooth operations of events.
    • Dealing with participant queries and registration.
    • Promote events using multiple platforms.
    • Gather and act accordingly on feedback post events.
    • Be an ambassador for Roll’d both internally and externally.

    Work Experience & Skills

    • 2-3 years’ experience in event planning.
    • TAFE or Diploma degree in event planning or equivalent is desired.
    • Relevant industry accreditations or certificates.
    • Knowledge of the franchise sector advantageous.
    • Management experience desirable.
    • Strong operation skills in multi-site operation.
    • Experience working in national multi-site operations.
    • Operation strategy development and proven successful strategy implementation.
    • Ability to transmit affective messages across a broad range of audience and stakeholders.
    • Experience working with well-known brands.
    • Strong computer literacy.
