About the business
Starr Property Reports is an independent inspection business that provides detailed inspection reports to clients looking to purchase a home with pre-purchase building and timber pest inspections. We also conduct Construction Stage inspections, Defects and Maintenance Reports, all within the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens areas.
Starr Property Reports are currently seeking an experienced, professional Sales / Marketing Representative to join our team, to provide thorough sales support and outstanding customer service to our client base. This contract role requires travel across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens areas.
Reporting to the Director, this position will be responsible for carrying out sales and marketing activities using our CRM software to track and maintain client interactions. Our core target clients are Solicitors, Conveyancers and Real Estate Agents.
The ideal candidate must be able to work autonomously and conduct tasks including:
- Setup and maintain our CRM database
- Coordinate Email & Facebook marketing programs
- Coordinate website blog posts
- Prospecting / sales phone calls
- Face to face interaction with potential clients
- Placement of advertising collateral at the office of potential clients
- Secure inspection appointment for our inspectors.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, etc.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and marketing techniques.
