As part of the Global Revenue Team, you will be focused on driving growth and helping efficiently scale the business. As a Sales Strategy and Operations Associate, you will directly support regional Sales leadership and partner with front line teams to deliver on regional priorities, while also helping to regionalize and roll out global initiatives. You will be an essential support and voice for your region, while also being part of a central, global team focused on creating alignment and driving best practice.

What You’ll Do/ Be Responsible For

    • Provide direct support to regional sales leadership on regional priorities, and partner with global counterparts to deliver on global priorities
    • Conduct analytics and develop insights, such as by analyzing regional sales performance
    • Provide regional and global leadership with accurate and up-to-date information about sales progress and forecasts – including through sales reporting & the development of dashboards
    • Identify, develop and implement sales initiatives to drive growth and operational improvements
    • Support the roll-out and regionalization of global sales and marketing initiatives
    • Develop sales goals to ensure we hit our revenue targets
    • Help drive & manage regional sales meetings, and ensure the sales teams stay aligned behind regional goals
    • Improve sales processes, tools and infrastructure
    • Ensure global alignment and best practice adherence across sales teams
    • Drive ongoing alignment between sales and marketing teams behind our regional goals and priorities
    • Help identify high-potential customer segments and profiles to focus sales efforts and resources
    • Help develop our sales tech stack, including the development of Salesforce as our global CRM
    • Deliver training, on-boarding and support to sales team as needed
    • Be an expert in our sales systems and processes, such as being a Salesforce superuser.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years’ experience in relevant roles – such as in-house sales and/or marketing operations, go-to-market operations, business strategy/operations, management consulting, or similar
  • Direct experience working with front line sales and business development teams, as well as sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of sales, sales operations & processes, CRMs, sales reporting and measurement, etc.
  • Broad understanding of business development and sales strategies
  • Familiarity with marketing/sales tools and CRM, especially Salesforce
  • Strong competency in Excel. Familiarity with e.g. Tableau, PowerBI. Basic understanding of SQL
  • Proficient in PowerPoint.
