The Facilities Department is part of the People, Partnership and Culture Business Unit at PwC. The purpose of the Facilities Department is to service the diversified business operations of PwC.
As a Mailroom & Copy Centre Administrator in our Facilities team your impact will be seen by:
- Facilitation mail, courier coordination, print centre and general administrative duties including reception
- General Administration - Assist with the maintenance of electronic administrative records, general Maintenance of tech nodes, (ie tidying etc) & focus rooms / booths, scheduled cleaning of whiteboards and Logging of basic repairs & maintenance issues.
- Delivery & retrieval of items / equipment from storage areas and relief reception which includes meeting & greeting clients, room reservations, national switchboard
- Print production including printing, copying, binding and laminating, managing files for print and coordinating work with the national print team
You have a background in facilities administration in a corporate environment and demonstrate a desire to learn different facets of the mail, courier and print functions focussing on customer service, attention to detail, being a flexible part of a diverse team.
