Trainee Recruiter

Our high performing team who specialise in the technologies space are looking for a driven individual to develop into a first class recruitment consultant. You will be joining a tenured team of technologies professionals with stories of outstanding career achievements with Randstad. We will set you up for success with our industry leading 8 week onboarding program and will provide you with ongoing support.

This is a great opportunity for sales driven individuals with little to no recruitment experience to start a career in an industry that can offer six figure salaries within the first 3 years.

At Randstad Technologies we have a clear 5 year plan for all entry level employees:

Year 1 - Resourcer/Trainee Recruiter - OTE $60,000-$70,000

Year 2 – Consultant or Senior Resourcer - OTE $70,000-$80,000+

Year 3 – Senior Consultant or Senior Resourcer - OTE $100,000-$120,000+

Year 4 – Senior Consultant, Senior Resourcer, Principal Consultant or Team Leader - OTE $120,000-$150,000+

Year 5 - Executive Manager - OTE $150,000+

These are realistic earnings, not pipe-dream figures. At Randstad Technologies we will invest in you and guarantee your success.

• Develop and maintain candidate relationships
• Source and prepare candidates for interviews
• Write job adverts
• Achieve individual and team revenue targets and KPI's
