Working together with a collaborative and supportive team of internal sales and technical resources, your remit will be to grow business in the cyber Security / Risk consulting domain. You are free to target whoever you want and are most definitely not restricted to any industry verticals. This is a genuine opportunity to make a significant difference and high income to boot.

The business of this organisation is all around ensuring high performance and security of business critical networks. The successful applicant will therefore need to understand the importance of IT security measures and how large corporates use related security services in their organisation. Ideally you will have sold products or services in the IT security /risk field, however you may also come from a system integrator, telco, hosting or networking organisation - what is critical is that you understand security and have a real drive and passion for winning new business.

This is not aggressive sales, it is about intelligent, consultative selling and we need applicants who reflect these skills. We need people with a proven track record in new business, someone with high energy levels and with their own ideas of who they want to sell to. We need self-starters and self thinkers.

Experience and skills required:

  • 5+ years Cyber Security new sales experience at a senior level
  • Experience with leading client meetings at C level
  • Excellent presentation manner and ability to communicate value proposition
  • Proven ability to win new business in large corporate environments (banks, insurance etc..)
  • Have a ‘hunting’ attitude and tenacity for the sale
  • Ability to qualify, set and manage appointments up to C level
  • Ability to identify new markets and opportunities
  • Consultative sales approach – selling solutions
  • Energetic & Adaptable – ability to understand key drivers for people at varying levels of seniority and role
  • Initiative - Self-starting and proactive in work; volunteers to take on assignments
  • Teamwork - Functions cooperatively while supporting and committing to team mission and objectives and takes actions that respect the needs and contributions of others
  • Experience of the Cyber Security / Security Consulting / Risk Market is highly desirable
