We are creating a new mobile Systems Administrator role to support our Pharmacies both in person and remotely.

About You

As an ICT professional, you will have excellent communication skills, customer service flair with the ability to liaise with all levels of the business and work both autonomously and as part of a supportive team environment. You will possess excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure adhering to deadlines within a fast-paced environment. You will take pride in your work and transform our store's technology infrastructure into safe, secure, neat, organised, up to date and trouble-free networks. You will have a current drivers license and reliable vehicle.

Additionally, You Will Have

  • Strong administration and troubleshooting skills across Windows 7 and Windows 10 environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across various peripheral devices including receipt and label printers and eftpos terminals
  • Self-motivated and able to work efficiently without supervision
  • Organisational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
  • Experience with an IT support ticketing system
  • Microsoft server and active directory configuration experience
  • G-suite experience
  • Data Cabling experience (certified or willing to become certified)
  • Industry certifications including MCP, MCSA, MCSE, or similar are regarded, though are not essential.

Reporting to the Systems Administrator Team Lead your responsibilities will include but not

Limited To
  • Designing, implementing, maintaining and testing onsite and cloud backup systems for business critical data for our stores
  • Upgrading and/or replacing Windows 7 computers to Windows 10 computers
  • Roll out new Ubiquiti gateways, switches and Security camera systems to stores
  • Convert newly acquired Pharmacies to our match the technology infrastructure of our other stores, including but not limited to converting the POS software to Minfos POS system, upgrading computers and networking equipment, installing Camera systems
  • Answer incoming support calls and provide resolution within SLA using Jira (ticketing system). Providing levels 1, 2 and 3 administrative support services in the areas of hardware, software and networking both in person and remotely
  • Liaise with and support Vendor software e.g. Minfos, DDBook, Linklys (Formally PCEFTpos)
  • Install and troubleshoot Voip Phone and Voip Fax systems
  • Ensure all cabling is tidy and safe
  • Maintaining stock and asset management using an asset management system
  • Travel to work directly at our Pharmacies locations as necessary
  • Work out of business hours as needed and be on-call some weekends
