JOB DESCRIPTION
The Role
This is a challenging role within our busy Client Services team; ensuring loan settlements and construction progress payments are processed efficiently & accurately, with all customer enquiries dealt with in a professional manner
This role also includes (but not restricted to) ordering valuation reports, following up First Home Owner Grant applications, liaising with our solicitors & funders, areas follow up as well as answering existing customer enquiries
The new Loan Administration Officer role will add to our existing Client Services team based in Osborne Park WA.
You
The ideal applicant will possess:
- Loans Administration/ Settlement Officer experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- The ability to plan and demonstrate initiative
- Outstanding time management skills
- Be able to work in a team environment, yet self-driven
- Close attention to detail coupled with speed and accuracy
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Ability to maintain a superior level of product, policy & process knowledge
