Your Opportunity

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced business development/ relationship developer/key account executive to join our Perth Branch. In this role, you will manage and grow an established successful territory which includes some of Perth's best-known organisations.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will grow an established customer base, with key responsibilities including:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve your budget.
  • Undertake business development and follow up meetings for new customers.
  • Developing customer growth strategies and plans.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
  • Writing business proposals and negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Manage your existing customer base and develop further business opportunities.
  • Present solution-based outcomes in the form of written proposals, quotes, and responding to tenders to clients.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales & operations team.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have a background in solution selling within a commercial B2B industry. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customers and sales with a real drive to achieve or exceed their targets.

  • 5+ years successful business to business sales/business development/account executive experience.
  • Strong relationship management skills and experience.
  • Previous sales experience in the painting, facilities maintenance, building, construction and / or service industry would be highly desirable.
  • Experience in growing relationships and revenue with existing clients, as well as establishing new customers.
  • Experience in using CRM to enter/access sales data to assist your success.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, but also work with a small sales and operations team.
