Previous experience as an Account Manager or Recruitment consultant would be highly regarded, but we would also be open to candidates with demonstrated fashion, sales or executive retail industry experience, looking to make a career change.

• Researching, investigating and developing prospective business
• Matching candidate skills and cultural suitability to client vacancies
• Candidate sourcing, interviewing and presentation to clients
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Salary / contract negotiation
• Advising and consulting to both clients and candidates regarding market trends
• Researching and keeping up to date on industry change

And here is what we need from you...

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• The ability to work well within a close knit team
• A great work ethic, the ability to think outside the square and great relationship building skills
• An understanding of the positions specific to fashion, manufacturing, retail or beauty industry is essential
• The ideal candidate will be an outgoing networker - connecting people comes naturally to you
