About the role

The applicant for this role will preferably have experience within the electrical industry or electrical wholesale industry but is not essential.

As a general Customer Service Representative duties will include:

  • Talking with customers by phone and receiving orders for the supply of products
  • Processing and entry of customer orders
  • Assisting customers and other stakeholders by providing product information, availability & pricing of items and quotations
  • Assist sales process – alias with customer and logistics to provide excellent service in delivering goods
  • Provides administrative support of field sales personnel
  • Provides solutions for customers inquiries

The ideal candidate will have intermediate PC skills. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive focus on customer service. Have an engineering degree is highly regarded but not essential.
