Role: Salesforce Senior Developer

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

At least 4-6 years of experience in CRM domain and 3+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations with sound knowledge on Salesforce Sales cloud, Service and community Cloud.

Good understanding of Salesforce solution stack including good understanding of Marketing Cloud, Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System are preferred.

Should be able to conduct requirement-gathering sessions, articulating Salesforce features to business users and drive/participate in prototyping solutions.

Experience in performing the requirement fit gap analysis with product capabilities and defining configuration vs customization options

Should be able to create Business requirement documents, Functional requirement documents along with traceability matrix.

Ability to liaise with technical team to convert requirements to Technical Specification

Knowledge of implementation best practices and should be able to configure and work along with rest of the team to build /configure the Salesforce solution.

Good knowledge of Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies

Salesforce (Admin, and Sales/Service cloud certified)

Role: Salesforce Lead

Description:

At least 6-9 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions with a minimum of 4 years Salesforce Force.com platform/Service Cloud implementations in Lightning

Experience in Salesforce development and implementations Skills with good command on Apex, Visual force, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs and web services.

Thorough understanding on the Life Cycle of Development including Salesforce Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, ChangeSet and Ant.

Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce Integration, Security implementations

Writing Apex Classes, Visual Force Pages, Apex Triggers, Controllers, JQueries to implement complex business requirements

Experience in developing reusable UI Components with Aura and Lightning Component Frameworks

Should have extensive Salesforce.com implementation experience, excellent communication skills, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, and ability to handle multiple task assignments and work independently.

Have a good interaction and work collaboratively with Onsite- offshore model on Agile methodology

Be expert in the Salesforce domain and have deep understanding of the Salesforce sales Cloud& communities’ solutions.

Platform Dev 1/2 certifications

Role: Salesforce Architect

Location: Sydney / Melbourne, Australia

Description:

Hands on project experience as a Designer or Architect in salesforce implementations.

Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com architecture and APIs

Ability to quickly scale up on the domain and deliver efficient bug free code quickly. 

Ability to identify areas of Automation and implement using tools and reusable components

Ability to contribute in architecture review sessions with inputs to architecture team through framework analysis.

Ability to do technical research and work on POCs

Should possess good communication skills and ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.

Ability to do Performance engineering of design and code.

Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise both within the SFDC platform and in related technologies such as client-side scripting libraries (e.g. Angular) and ETL/ESB integration tools (e.g. Informatica).

Strong understanding of relational databases structure and functionality.
