We are seeking individuals who share the same passion and values as our organisation, and who will be committed to delivering the outstanding frontline customer service that our customers are accustomed to.

Going above and beyond for our customers is the norm! We expect our Member Service Officers to go the extra mile with every customer, every time!

This position will be Part Time working 11am-3pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per fortnight). You must be available across these hours.

Our Criteria

To be our next MSO, you must have a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, as well as;

  • You have current or recent experience in a banking, financial services or customer facing retail position;
  • You have demonstrated experience in matching products/services to customer needs, suggesting products to exceed customer expectations and upselling products with proven success;
  • Your previous roles have involved cash handling on a daily basis, being accountable for your cash, and complimented by minimal cash handling issues; and
  • You are a confident problem solver, demonstrated by handling complex situations successfully and being able to show excellent dispute resolution abilities.
