  • Challenge yourself to thrive in this fast paced, agile environment
  • Drive the data analysis to maximise targeted campaigns
  • Full-time, permanent role based at our Corporate Campus in Mascot

Keeping our complex business ahead of the game in the digital age is a constant challenge. To be the best, we work hard to deliver digital solutions that respond to the needs of our business and customers.

Loyalty is a relationship that takes time and dedication to grow. And with the right approach, it can be one that lasts for many years. So when we set out to develop a loyalty program – whether it’s for our core Qantas Frequent Flyer program, or on behalf of one of our partners – we’re looking to the future. We use a wealth of experience to design, deliver and manage unique loyalty solutions that help brands connect with customers today, and tomorrow. And as part of our team, you’ll be working alongside an exceptional group of people to make these connections last.

As the Senior Fulfilment Analyst, you will work with various Commercial, Marketing and Analytics stakeholders to determine the construct, terms and conditions and feasibility of Qantas Loyalty offers and promotions.

Interrogation of various corporate data sources is required to extract Frequent Flyer members eligible for the fulfilment of offers. You will be responsible for building and disseminating daily reports on fulfilment activities across all business portfolios and campaigns, and make recommendations that guide future Marketing campaign activity. High-level impact analysis against each initiative is required to determine campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

What you will bring to the role –

  • Sound knowledge of SQL querying and relational large databases.
  • Tableau or equivalent BI visualisation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to effectively liaise at all levels within Qantas.
  • Abide to data privacy and governance requirements, ensuring the access to and sharing of data satisfies these requirements.
  • Maintain a continuous improvement approach to delivery around execution optimisation, data and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of the Australian marketplace
  • Flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude; eagerness to learn new things and get involved in whatever required
  • Tertiary degree in Computing or related analytical field
