About The Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Social Inclusion Advisor to join our HR team in our North Sydney head office. You will support the delivery and implementation of Social Procurement and Workforce Inclusion outcomes and deliver the commitments made within our LOR Social Inclusion strategy as well our contractual requirements across LOR Projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategies to deliver Social Inclusion
- Support the management of a social enterprise database via a live system to assist projects in identifying Aboriginal Businesses and Social Enterprises
- Support and review all work winning bids and tenders that include social inclusion requirements
- Support sub-contractors to understand all Social Procurement targets and requirements to ensure they achieve their contractual requirements for participation
- Support relationships with Supply Nation and Social Traders to ensure we maximise partnership opportunities and outcomes
- Strong understanding of procurement and commercial or work experience in a similar role within construction industry
- Strong understanding of training or employment and development or work experience in a similar role within construction industry
- Strong experience in dealing with Indigenous businesses and/or Social Enterprises
- String understanding of current Government policy and requirements specific to Indigenous Affairs or Social Inclusion
