The role:

Reporting to the National Manager Novated Leasing, as the Novated Education Manager, you will be required to:

• Maintain and develop customer relationships
• Promote and deliver onsite and digital one-on-one education sessions
• Promote and deliver onsite education seminars
• Coordinate and deliver customer benefit days
• Identify cross-selling opportunities
• Assist with onboarding of new customers, including customer implementation and promotional roll-out

Your skills and experience:

• Novated Leasing and Salary Packaging experience highly desirable
• Knowledge of Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT)
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Highly organised
• Results-focused
