JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a dynamic professional services firm located north of the Perth CBD seeking a motivated and experienced marketing coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team. The role is a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract for 15-20 hours per week. The hours can be flexible to suit the right candidate.
The Role
For the right person, this role offers the chance to work closely with a number of key stakeholders, to assist in generating leads through a variety of activities and to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the business. Key tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Execution of the marketing plan in conjunction with the management team and working closely with external consultants, where required;
- Generation of online leads through our website, social media and other channels;
- Managing our Alliance Partner program including co-ordinating events in conjunction with our support staff, driving engagement with our Alliance Partners by our management team, and continually evaluating the success of these relationships;
- Developing relationships with professional and/or trade organisations including securing speaking/networking opportunities for the directors;
- Managing marketing events that are held on a regular basis either at our premises or offsite, including planning, promoting coordinating and attending the events;
- Producing content including copywriting and proofreading of newsletters, blog articles, videos and direct mail to be sent to prospects and our broader network;
- Sales admin including managing the CRM system and sales pipeline, facilitating regular sales meetings, sales reporting, and qualifying & following up of leads with directors and managers;
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities and results and report the same to the management team.
About You
This is a part-time, but busy and varied role. The ideal candidate will be driven, efficient and organised, and be able to work autonomously, managing multiple projects and key stakeholders.
You will have/be:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce and/or Communications or equivalent experience in the field;
- Experience across both traditional and digital marketing mediums, including events management, copywriting and content production, direct marketing, and social media management;
- Experience with lead generation within professional services and the execution of their marketing strategies;
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills;
- Autonomous and self-directed with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Creative with high attention to detail;
- Self-motivated, proactive individual with a real ‘can-do’ attitude, a hands-on approach for delivering results.
