Your New Opportunity 

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for training, people and Samsung products, to join our L&D Sales Enablement team based in NSW.

In your new role as L&D Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all internal and external partnerships, enabling our client’s Elites ambassador program, managing the client vs competitor portfolio and go-to market strategy, assisting with the creation of toolkits and incentives for retail staff and adequately resourcing all training events with the sole purpose of enabling sales within retail and call centres.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To constantly benchmark to understand how we compare to our competitors across all layers of Retail and Call Centres and ambassador programs
  • Manage the request and execution of tailored materials/tools to aid in the sales process and subsequent conversions
  • Build out and drive the learning engagement and pathways for the Elites Program
  • Coordinate Incentives to Drive Sales with the Elites
  • Coordinate Events to drive hype, awareness and capability amongst Elites and FSM’s
  • Create various forms of learning materials to support learning pathways, including but not limited to soft skill and product focussed documentation, personal or store run learning incentives and visual aids for stores
  • Understand the Partners local and divisional training needs and work with subject matter experts in creating content to satisfy requirements to drive the program engagement and thus sales
  • Determine the strategy for sourcing, tailoring and distribution for Elites branded materials and merchandise including but not limited to, Welcome packs, Expectations folder, Event, merchandise etc.
  • Manage pre-event ROI analysis to ensure we adequately resource the team for any requests received
  • Create training event design, resource and coordinate event preparation, on-site as well as working with other stakeholder to bring the training events to life

Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – preferred
  • Event management experience – required
  • Marketing experience/ degree – preferred
  • Min 2 years of experience in a Channel/Indirect Program Management role

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles required
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence Senior-level executives.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management (and legal compliance)
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Desire for creating the future and challenging conventions
