The Position

We are seeking a full-time receptionist to join their team based in Burleigh working Tuesday to Saturday. The position requires an exceptional all rounder who is organised, motivated and demonstrates a positive can-do attitude.

You will be responsible for assisting the Principal Podiatrist and therapists with a range of administrative duties including:

  • Booking and confirming appointments
  • Answering the phone and responding to enquiries
  • Setting up treatment rooms
  • Assisting clients and therapists with pre and post treatment
  • Invoicing and receipting using HICAPS
  • Following up and re-engaging clients
  • Converting phone enquiries into clients
  • Sterilising podiatry tools or equipment
  • General tidying of the clinic
  • Marketing initiatives – if within your skill set
  • Any other general administrative duties as required

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience in a similar role, you will be a team player and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

You will also be:

  • Able to commit to working Saturdays 8.00am – 4.00pm
  • Strongly time managed and have the ability to multitask
  • Leading a healthy and happy lifestyle which flows into the practice and your work ethic
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time
  • Excellent in building rapport with clients
  • Detail focused with a high level of accuracy
  • Able to demonstrate moderate to advanced computer skills
  • Flexible with the ability to work longer hours or cover shifts if needed
  • Willing to support marketing initiatives
