The Opportunity

Our highly experienced team work with Industry leaders and are focused on placing outstanding candidates with respected clients. We will offer a salary of $80k - $95k plus superannuation with an aggressive commission scheme, an empowered working style and a growth plan that will present some phenomenal opportunities for the right people.

Specifically, the core accountabilities include: 

  • Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
  • Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the employer’s vacancy
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates
  • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
  • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

About you

You must have at least 2 years industry/relevant experience, who can demonstrate a proven track record recruiting within the construction and/or property sectors.You will be able and willing to engage with a portfolio of clients and strive to surpass their expectations through displaying resilience and tenaciousness.

You should be able demonstrate how you have excelled in aspects of your life; it might be education, sport, philanthropic, or work.
