Talent Acquisition Manager

 Trading under Publicis Media Australia

 Salary: $90k-$110k package 

 Location: Sydney

 Purpose of the Role

 Due to growth, the number of open roles that our high performing talent acquisition team works on is steadily increasing. So we have a need for a Talent Acquisition Manager with strong industry contracts to join our team. It’s an exciting time within our team as we are rolling out new tools, increasing our focus on mobility and D&I. So there may be scope for this role to go permanent.

 This position will be required to adapt to a fast-paced environment and lead the end-to-end recruitment of a diverse range of mid-senior level roles.

 Key Responsibilities

 End to end recruitment for open roles within the Publicis Groupe ANZ.

 Deliver exceptional internal stakeholder and candidate experiences.

 Develop a strong understanding of Publicis Groupe ANZ and each of the brands within.

 Communicate Publicis Groupe ANZ and brand EVP’s in a credible and compelling manner.

 Assist in helping the Publics Groupe become an employer of choice within the Australian market.

 Help build our candidate database and talent pipelines for key roles/markets.

 Work effectively with our recruiting tools and processes.

 Ensure delivery of client and Agency KPIs

 Ensure all commercial opportunities for agency are identified prior to briefing to media

 Experience Required

 This position requires a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.? 5+ years of talent acquisition experience (agency or ideally in-house) focused on permanent roles.

 Media or creative agency experience at mid-level, including performance roles and candidate network.

 Proven track record in recruiting for high volumes of roles.

 Proven track record identifying, approaching and converting passive candidates.

 Advanced LinkedIn recruiter skills and experience working with ATS systems.

 Excellent understanding of talent acquisition best practice and the ability to use this to consult with stakeholders and develop effective attraction strategies.
