Objectives

  • Functional: Establish and grow in regional presence for Vincere, focusing on ANZ
  • Responsibilities: Sales and Delivery in APAC.

Role Reponsibilities:

Opportunity within this role is to:

  • New business of Vincere to ANZ region, overseeing existing sales across ANZ region.
  • Work with Marketing to devise strategy on content, product marketing.
  • Help devise upstream and downstream initiatives to keep the sales lead funnel healthy.
  • Account management and strategic planning for ANZ accounts, whilst providing support on APAC accounts where required.
  • Help shape product opportunities to support strategic growth in region - working directly with internal product team.
  • Provide sponsorship and involvement on project implementations.
  • Represent Vincere in market as required (ie RCSA, SIA, etc).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospecting new accounts and running full sales cycle to close towards a set/defined new sales target/quota.
  • Responsible for personal sales targets.
  • Global cooperation on larger deals with Director of Growth and regional Sales managers when required.
  • Provide guidance and support to in-region sales/success/delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts, consistently identifying new contacts via ongoing discovery and referrals to identify opportunity and fit to increase usage and create more champions.
  • Partnering with Sales heads to build effective sales strategies and pricing mechanisms
  • Partner with Marketing Director and marketing team to devise and execute on campaigns that deliver net new bookings towards the business target
  • Effective communication and engagement with the CxO, management level stakeholders, functional leaders and users in both the business and IT functions of the assigned accounts to further penetrate account and ensure Vincere as a whole is delivering an incredible customer experience
  • Where applicable for strategic account, proactively lead a strategic account planning process with executive stakeholders from the customer teams that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Identify and manage in region partner products to benefit solution and related commercial discussions for co-marketing/referral programs.
