Head of Investment, Sydney
Trading under Publicis Media Australia
Location: Sydney
Purpose of the Role
Leadership of our agency’s investment product for the Sydney market whilst driving the agency profile internally and externally. This responsibility would encompass driving strategic solutions that deliver marketing led growth for our clients and operational best practice across the agency.
Key Responsibilities
Sydney investment team management
Strategic investment leadership and over-sight on operational excellence
Client KPI delivery
Agency/Groupe Commercial KPI delivery
Driving new revenue opportunities across the agency products/services, media partners and suppliers
Taking a leading role in new business activity as required, actively involved in pitch planning teams and Lifting agency profile across industry networks
Partner closely with Sydney GM to support Sydney market financial delivery
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Manage the Group Investment Directors in the workflow processes.
Prioritises and manages tasks and workflow across the Sydney market.
Leadership of the investment team initiatives that drive a consistent operational approach across the agency.
Establish and track key client investment deliverables in line with the client SLA
Lead the implementation and review of the investment deliverables within the ROI Growth Platform process.
Work closely with the investment and client teams to help translate insight and strategy into original Investment solutions.
Lead and execute the strategic development of all key client investment strategies.
Ensure systems and process are in place to deliver market leading buying outcomes on all client and audited KPI's.
Ensure delivery of client and Agency KPIs
Ensure all commercial opportunities for agency are identified prior to briefing to media
Experience Required
This position requires a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.? This role also requires 12+ years of digital experience within a media or marketing environment.
A deep understanding of Investment and Implementation across all media channels
A thought leader across all disciplines
Proven experience and success in delivering New Business
Intimate knowledge of the Australian media landscape across all media, trends and opportunities
