Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders within the business to deliver on business objectives for our commercial and residential divisions. 

About the Role:

This role requires you to plan and implement multi-channel campaigns. You will be able to take ownership of projects and make your mark as the company enters an exciting growth phase.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns
• Brand management and coordination across digital and print materials
• Manage and liaise with external suppliers including media outlets and creative/ digital agencies
• Maximise PR, sponsorship, networking and engagement opportunities
• Manage the marketing budget, expenditure and forecasting
• Provide reporting insights, data analysis and recommendations

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, 4+ years in a similar role
• Exceptional written and oral skills
• Detailed understanding of digital platforms and best practices, including integration across website, search, social and display
• An ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Highly resourceful and solutions-oriented
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Extremely organised with strong prioritisation skills
• Experience in branding and brand development process
