ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an opportunity for reliable and highly motivated individuals to work casually as a Production Operator at our manufacturing facility in Kelso. You will have a demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team whilst abiding by all company policies and procedures.

The starting casual hourly rate is $35.50 (plus penalties and shift allowances).

Key responsibilities of this position:

• Safe and effective operation of Manufacturing Machinery in various areas of the factory
• Proactively contribute to the safety of yourself and others
• Provide assistance and support to other team members as required
• Participate in Continuous Improvement processes

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Ideally, we are looking for candidates who tick all the below criteria:

• A strong commitment to safety
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• An eye for detail and a passion to work with a global leader in food manufacturing
• A great team player with fantastic communication skills
• You must be available to work across day, afternoon and night shifts Mon - Sun (applicants who are unable to work all these shifts will NOT be considered)
