JOB DESCRIPTION

We're searching for a Digital Journey Optimisation Manager to join the Digital team, this role will be reporting into the Head of Digital Growth and Insights.

As an individual contributor, you will have the experience and expertise to provide coaching and advice to the CRO specialists with the team.

You will be responsible for owning and optimising digital experiences, performance optimisation activities, website improvement and customer experience enhancements across the full digital customer life cycle. This includes digital acquisition, retention, adoption and self-serve.

Your mission

  • Using insights to measure, track and interpret customer online behaviour to maximise conversion potential using relevant digital and offline data for high-value initiatives
  • Developing, forecasting and executing roadmaps for digital performance including high-value experimentation informed by insights and the latest research
  • Managing the setup and execution of initiatives using optimisation tools (Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Audience Manager)
  • Identifying and implement A/B and multivariate testing opportunities including hypothesis creation, concepts, creative, defining success metrics and conducting post-test analysis
  • Identifying targeting opportunities in order to drive the digital adoption strategy
  • Supporting on other digital projects impacting digital adoption and digital self-serve capabilities
  • Using all available resources to prepare management reporting and presentations to communicate business and customer results
Your capability
  • 3+ years of digital journey and optimisation experience in a senior role
  • Industry related tertiary qualifications
  • Hands on experience with one or more testing platforms ideally Adobe Target
  • Hands on experience with analytics tools ideally Adobe Analytics and GA 360
  • Proven ability to create compelling and engaging user experiences across digital assets with deep knowledge of usability and conversion drivers
  • Strong experience in building relationships with a proven ability in influencing peers and senior stakeholders
  • Understanding and experience with using research platforms
  • Passionate about CX and customer innovation
