Hays is working with one of our major clients in the Healthcare industry based in the Central Coast and is looking for a Qualified HVAC Technician to join their team on a short term contract.

Your new role

You will be reporting to the Leading Hand and Maintenance Manager and will be required but not limited to:

• Carry out air conditioning and refrigeration repairs
• Fault Finding
• Reporting breakdowns, plan preventative works
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks across multiple sites
• Employ standardised maintenance operations tasks
• undertake risk assessments
• Make recommendations of improvements to services
• Participate in an on-call roster

What you'll need to succeed

• Refrigeration mechanical trade qualification
• Demonstrate knowledge, and experience with installation/maintenance of electrical equipment in a commercial environment
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Current NSW drivers licence
• Demonstrate experience interpreting control circuitry including experience with building management systems
• White Card
