Your new role

Due to exponential growth, the business needs a solution focused Parts & Accessories Sales & Account Manager to continue to drive new sales to an existing client base of dealers. This role will require you to develop and execute operational strategies with the aim of increasing the sale of parts and accessories to existing clients
.
Key objectives for this role include:

  • Achieve company growth targets
  • Liaise with internal departments to strategise and implement new processes to streamline business module.
  • Working closely with factory manager and floor staff.
  • Pricing and analysing
  • Reporting to Sales Manager
  • Increase overall sales performance, both in terms of number of deals and total revenue.
  • Strong collaboration with current dealer network.
  • Finding new sales opportunities.
  • Taking a hands on approach.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong rapport with clients to develop long lasting relationships.
  • Active Dealer Participation – deliver a strong and industry leading dealer experience:

What you'll need to succeed

You will need proven experience within in a similar role with transferrable skills – marine, powersports or related industry such as automotive. You will have a strong background within parts and accessories. You must have a comprehensive understanding of business operations; including warehousing, e-commerce, sales, and customer service. You will be driven and passionate about building relationships. You will be organised, highly motivated and able to work well under pressure. Culturally you are a motivated and dynamic individual who enjoys working within a small team environment and want to see both yourself and the company succeed.
