Our client is a growing and evolving SME manufacturing business who are seeking an inquisitive and ambitious individual to support the Senior Accountant with day to day finance. The company take pride in the design and quality of the products they supply to the market and ensure solutions to every challenge, they are a business who are constantly looking to develop further.

Your new role

• Financial reporting and month end processing
• Preparation of BAS and FBT returns
• Reconciliations: Bank, intercompany and general ledger
• Journals, Accruals and pre payments
• Cashflow reporting
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Back up to AP/AR function

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ Years experience in an Assistant Accountant position or similar
• Manufacturing or import industry experience beneficial
• Pronto or ERP knowledge advantageous
• A bubbly and outgoing personality to fit in with the team culture and be able to partner with stakeholders.
• Ability to be be inquisitive and overcome challenges.
• CPA/ CA or currently working towards completion
