Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is now available for a motivated and confident Supervisor to join our Large Loss Insurance Builders team.

The Role:

This role would suit an individual who loves to be challenged and is seeking a fast paced and rewarding position in a high output and high-pressure environment.

You will utilise your exceptional time management and organisational skills to oversee large loss insurance buildings projects from commencement to completion. This will include report writing, engaging, coordinating and managing trades, liaising with clients and insurance companies and ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of large loss insurance jobs from commencement to completion
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with clients & insurance companies
  • Dispute / issue resolution
  • Prepare, review & monitor reports for all projects, including quality audit reports, budget reports & job cost reports
  • Engage, coordinate & manage trades
  • Ensure all inspection, certificate of final inspection & other relevant documentation is signed off
  • Purchase orders & invoicing

  • Diverse background in the building & construction industry
  • Experience supervising construction projects
  • Carpentry, building trade or construction qualification, highly regarded
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships & be empathetic to the needs of the client
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
  • Strong report writing & administration skills
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Great work ethic & positive approach
  • Insurance building experience advantageous, however not essential
