Dentsu Programmatic is looking for a seasoned Programmatic Manager to join our Melbourne team!

It is the Programmatic Manager’s responsibility to define and develop effective digital strategies that will ensure we are a critical marketing partner for our clients, driving transformative business outcomes. The Programmatic Manager needs to drive our customer driven, data led approach. This involves shaping highly relevant experiences for consumers by leveraging both the creative and data led capabilities of our teams across Programmatic Display, Video, Native and more.


  • Become an extension of the clients business and think about how we can apply our Consumer Driven, Data Led proposition to drive transformative business outcomes
  • Be at the forefront of Data Strategy – responsible for understanding how we can leverage the right technology and data partnerships to be able to connect data sets, thereby creating highly personalised messaging at scale
  • Be at the forefront of Programmatic Media Strategy by having an unrivaled knowledge of offering a relevant and consistent experience across the different experience touch points
  • Be a trusted advisor to our clients, developing positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business
  • Ensure that Dentsu Programmatic delivers both strategic consulting alongside brilliant Programmatic Media execution for our clients - Delivery, Measurement, Optimisation & Insight 
  • Develop the skills and knowledge of the team through mentoring, supervision and providing continual feedback on performance

To qualify for this role, you must tick the boxes on the following:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Programmatic with evidence of key achievements
  • Proven client management experience and successful delivery
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • You have evidence of building out a client strategy, as well as successful delivery of campaign
  • Superior knowledge of Programmatic tools and platforms, with hands on programmatic buying experience
  • Strategic thinker with advanced problem solving skills and robust judgement
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive, and takes ownership of work
  • Experience in either DV360 or The Trade Desk DSPs
