We are on the hunt for a Brand Activations Manager to join our buzzing Melbourne office and help with our world class experiential activations.

Client Management and Delivery

  • Focusing on one of our biggest retained Experiential clients within the team delivering seamless event execution
  • Continuing to grow and develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders
  • Escalate with a solution driven approach, crisis management and issues resolution with clients
  • Understand the growth of your client(s) including providing proactive solutions to resource management and growth areas 
  • Work closely with Client Service team on client management operational requests

Project Management and Delivery:

  • Execute end to end project management including best practice processes across:
  • Take the lead in meetings specific to assigned projects
  • Create and implement project plans
  • Create and manage budgets
  • Create and manage comms plans (working alongside the comms team)
  • Write briefing documents for ambassadors
  • Assist with writing speaking notes for MC’s and key speakers
  • Source and engage with suppliers for events
  • Source and engage with venues and catering companies
  • Have input creatively for event design look and feel and branding opportunities
  • Write design briefs which include referencing to look and feel and engage with our design team
  • Help coordinate travel and accommodation for guests attending events
  • Create on-day events documents
  • Create PIR documents after event completion
  • End to end timeline management including development of timelines for each project and on-going updating of these timelines
  • Responsible for all financial elements across your client(s) including budget development, budget tracking, JCR management and invoicing
  • Forecasting new Experiential project resourcing for sign-off by HoBE
  • Supporting the broader experiential team with an understanding of weekly resource requirements raising red flags on resourcing well in advance
  • Implement and monitor consistent project management process providing proactive solutions when appropriate
  • Working with the Client Service team on client admin requirements including budgeting, WIP management, timelines, reporting, research and brief responses. 
  • Providing work for review to managers within a timely fashion to ensure feedback can be taken onboard
  • Knowledge of experiential venues and activation locations including local venue and public space expertise
  • Utilising best in class suppliers and maintaining relationships with key suppliers, reviewing supplier base and always seeking new and innovative solutions 

Business Development and Commercial Acumen

  • Support Experiential New Business and Client Growth prospecting and pitch work
  • Keeping ahead of experiential trends across operations, digital, production and design
  • Work across your projects with an understanding of committed scope of work and resourcing requirements (margin reporting, contracting etc)

Staff Development and Leadership 

  • Oversee additional contractor staff within the Melbourne office when required
  • Escalate staff issues to HoBE as/when required
  • Effective management of internal stakeholders
