Build the new demand engine, creating the optimal team structure and makeup for both internal and external hires.

Design and planning, to goal setting and resourcing, to the execution of innovative talent strategies that enable us to meet our hiring goals.

Deliver a methodology for incubating external talent, driving an interview ready pool of market qualified, diverse talent without the need for lengthy sourcing or posting timelines.

Partner closely with Preacta Talent Operations & Client Partner leadership to ensure we have effective talent sourcing and attraction support and coverage across all roles.

Design, build and deploy a channel engagement matrix, and establish a data driven framework of talent pipeline communities to invest in

Hiring Plan: In 2021 we expect to make ~ 300 hires, mostly in the Tech & Product space.

Our Senior Talent Sourcers are matchmakers, sellers and marketeers, all wrapped into one. We partner with our client partners’ business leaders on building their teams with top talent.

You will work together with our embedded consultants to understand our client partner’s goals, ways of working, and growth plans.

Utilise and help design the latest tooling and methodologies to help us solve the my complex hiring challenges, whilst developing leadership thinking on the Sourcing craft!

You will play an integral part in building teams by identifying and attracting the best talent in the market and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
