Western Red Environmental is looking to employ several Field Technicians and Senior Field Technicians - starting mid-April to early May.

We have natural area and landscape maintenance contracts throughout the Perth Metro area and are looking to expand.

Casual placements of part-time or full-time pro-rata available for our particularly busy period from May to October. There will also the possibility of full-time placements for employees that demonstrate the required qualities, attributes, skills and abilities throughout this period.

Possession of a Pest Management Technician Licence and experience in natural area maintenance is highly desirable.

Tertiary education in conservation/environmental science through TAFE or University is desirable.

Senior Field Technicians would ideally have experience in operating 4WD vehicles, towing trailers and operating/maintaining equipment such as spray unit pumps and motors, chainsaws and brushcutters.

General duties would include weed control (chemical, mechanical and manual) and planting /revegetation. Team Leader and ad-hoc consultancy tasks may form part of employment for the right candidate.
