Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Australia and China and develop key strategies and clear guidelines to achieve business objectives in a global market according to the corporate strategy and brand concept.
  • Develop and align the team to company strategy (including driving for performance excellence of the operations including NPD/production quality assurance/supply chain/brand management etc.)
  • Leverage the company’s analytics framework to provide channel and customer insight for the brand. Help the brand prioritize products development around specific channel & consumer needs to maximize growth and mobilize group resource to support where necessary.
  • Analyze the brand overall performance and propose strategies to grow the business globally.
  • Formulate budgetary measures, adhere to budgets, and prepare the financial statements.
  • Oversee the recruitment requirements and talent management.
  • Evaluate the key investments in infrastructure, talent and business channels;
  • Assist and perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • Manage external relationships with vendors optimally and hold accountable to service requirements, quality, and delivery timeframes.
  • Be available to share expertise with other business units in Access Corporate Group for the benefit of the Group.
  • Build off-platform channels and retail activation program.
  • Develop annual business plans, board reports and regular business performance updates.
  • Manage team’s individual performance v’s role expectations.
  • Lead cross functional project teams to support growth initiatives & remove barriers.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Higher Tertiary qualification in a professional field related to marketing and have held roles aligned to marketing.
  • Thorough understanding of the beauty and luxury industry
  • Excellent understanding of market trend analysis, consumer insight and purchasing behavior.
  • Ambitious individual that has proven to create successful campaigns.
  • Can work under pressure and autonomously
  • Team player and ability to adapt in fast moving environment
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
  • Personable attitude and excellent customer service
Preferred:
  • Experience in the cosmetics, luxury brands marketing 10 + years
  • more of progressively more responsible position in marketing, Ideally have experience supervising and managing a professional marketing staff.
